The hosts at MiLGårdarna are the partner in dialogue for the visiting groups and you have the undivided attention of the host. They all have many years of experience of developmental meetings and conferences. They are familiar with the conditions and processes that ensure results and succesful meetings. They are receptive and accommodating in a way that makes the purpose of your meeting the sole focus. They adjust their service according to the wishes of the group. For instance the work pace of you and your group decide when the meals should be served. Meals, which by the way, are an experience in its own right, in terms of much more than the food itself: aromas, colours, variations etc.

TINA BOUTROS
TORNET IN VITTSJÖ & GÅRDEN AT ROMELEÅSEN

My ambition as the host at Tornet and Gården is that you will feel at home – with the difference that here you will be “waited on” the entire time, served delightful meals and all that comes with a successful conference. You should feel that you receive that little extra something – a pleasant reception, exciting food, flexible service and inspiring rooms for a tranquil and productive conference.

JOEL NILSSON
ÖN AT LAHOLM

"Service to me is what the guests require. I want them to feel at home and to use the meeting and conferences rooms in the best possible way", says Joel, who has been the host from the start-up of the conference venue Ön in 1997. He was familiar with the concept of MiLgårdarna since his three years as an employee at Villan. Joel is keen that everything works well for the group, from arrival to departure.

MATS ENGHOLM
MAGASINET & STALLET IN KLIPPAN

Food and people are Mats' passion and he values the variation that comes with being a host at MiLgårdarna. One moment he is planning the menu and the next he is helping the guest with something technical. Multiple assignments within the hotel and restaurant industry and the experience as an IT sales representative, have developed his feeling for food and service. Mats came to Magasinet and Stallet in 2004.

INGEMO SOLINGE
BORGEN IN KLIPPAN

I invest in a lot in home-baked, locally grown and ecological produce. Finding good tastes with good produce according to the season is my way of capturing the right mood and taste sensation. To me the hostmanship comes natural. With receptiveness, care and consideration I want to make it as easy as possible for my guest. The guests should feel that it is their house and that I am here for them.

THOMAS LINDSTRÖM
VILLAN AT KLIPPAN

"The dialogue with the guests is key", says Thomas, who considers being a host a lifestyle. "It is both about being well prepared and being able to meet the needs and changes that can come up in a flexible manner. It is about being available, yet not visible all the time". Thomas has a background as a teacher and a social worker before he became the host at Gården 1988. Since 2001 is the host at Villan.
