Ingemo Solinge is the host at Tornet since the summer of 2013. She is aslo the host at Borgen, and has previously been the host of both Magasinet and Gården, so she has plenty of experience working at MiLgårdarna.
Wonderful aromas find their way out from the kitchen at Tornet. Self-made müsli, marmalade and liver pate for breakfast, home-baked bread for lunch; creative cooking. The smell of baking and cooking is felt in the whole house, colourful food arrangements and taste sensations give the stay an extra spice.
I focus in a lot in home-baked, locally grown and ecological produce. Finding good taste combinations with good produce according to the season is my way of capturing the right mood and taste sensation. To me the hostmanship comes natural. With receptiveness, care and consideration I want to make it as easy as possible for my guests. The guests should feel like this is their house and that I am here for them.
