The long awaited training facility is now finished at MiLgårdarna in Klippan. Among the half a dozen training machines there is a unique dynamic exercise bike that challenges the stabilizing muscles in the entire body. This unique exercise bike can also be found at our conference venues outside Laholm (Ön) and at Romeleåsen (Gården).
The exercise room at MiLgårdarna in Klippan is with its location in Campushuset - next to the experiment workshop and the nightclub - easily accessible to all four conference venues in Klippan. Besides the exercise bike, you can for instance find a cross-trainer, a treadmill and barbells.
There are nice walking and running paths in the beautiful surroundings around all of our conference venues, but especially in the winter months, a complement is needed. There are for instance a hockey rink in Klippan and several ping-pong tables at Ön. But if you have individual training routines you should be able to maintain them during your stay with us, perhaps even more important if you are taking part in a longer development programme.
