At MiLgårdarna AB, we are eight people inspired by the vision of creating a stimulating and efficient "environment for people in meetings". This is where MiLgårdarna's concept is created together with the guests and the hosts. This is where the requirements of the customers are transformed into effective solutions. This is the source of a constant renewal process, which is MiLgårdarna's uniqueness.
The most important task of the office in Lund is functioning as a joint booking centre for all conference venues at MiLgårdarna. Through extensive experience of the practical use of the venues, we are able to provide qualified assistance. Turning your wishes and needs into concrete solutions. No request is like any other.
Every booking request is unique. You have to be receptive and find the right flexible solution based on requirements and preferences. This gives me positive energy and is what makes me enjoy my work.
I am inspired by being able to offer the clients a conference in a warm and welcoming environment that facilitates comfort and good results. Our hosts' fantastic culinary art and flexible service are also a large part of a successful meeting. MiLgårdarna also has a distinct environmental profile which I have had the pleasure of co-developing. This combined with our unique concept is what I enjoy being part of. Since 1999.
Starting in January 2012 I work with bookings here at MiLgårdarna. With time my tasks have developed to include marketing, news letter and maintenence of our website.
Here at MiLgårdarna we all help each other out to reach our goals. It's a varying job, which suits me perfectly.

I have worked at MiLgårdarna since March 2010. My focus areas are reservations, finance and translations. I enjoy the variation of tasks and the fact that when you are a part of a small team you get to be engaged in almost everything. One feels like an important actor and I enjoy developing with an organisation which values that everyone takes responsibilities beyond their specific areas of expertise.

MiLgårdarna is professional meeting venues with a homely feeling - not either or- but both. Our facilities have a personal touch yet our guests are given the opportunity for creative and focused work. Creating commitment for both stability and constant renewal is probably the most fun part of my work. To continuously renew the uniqueness of our concept and watch it develop into tangible expressions in the form of renovations and upgrades of our fantastic properties elates me.
In order to create a good learning environment at our facilities I start from the different styles of the proprieties and create an environment that breathes both focused work and a homely feeling. We combine old and new: we want you to recognize granny's old chest of drawers as well as the fabric and things from the local store.
Joy is what drives me in my work. What I appreciate the most when it comes to MiLgårdarna is the concept, its overall impression and the fact that the hosts are so committed: they are at the venue, constantly present, doing everything for their guests. Since 1996.
I am responsible for maintaining the premises and the technical equipment and keeping everything in the best condition for our guests and my colleagues. I try to visit each facility at least once a week and stop by the office in Lund about once a month. Since 2005.
I enjoy craftsmanship, technology and the freedom of being able to plan my workday myself. What I appreciate the most when it comes to MiLgårdarna is the fact that flexibility in relation to our guests is always our focus.
I love flowers and being able to work independently outdoors. My work includes everything from coming up with ideas, planning, design to purchasing, planting and caring for the outdoor plants and environments at all the facilities.
I consider the homely feeling, the nature and the locations being MiLgårdarna's greatest assets. I strive to create additional meeting areas outdoors and park-like surroundings. Since 2010.
