Ingemo has been a host at MiLgårdarna for many years and the interest for food has been a large part of it the whole time.
I invest in a lot in home-baked, locally grown and ecological produce. Finding good tastes with good produce according to the season is my way of capturing the right mood and taste sensation. To me the hostmanship comes natural. With receptiveness, care and consideration I want to make it as easy as possible for my guest. The guests should feel that it is their house and that I am here for them.
Wonderful aromas find their way out from the kitchen at Borgen. Self-made müsli, marmalade and liver pate for breakfast, home-baked bread for lunch; creative cuisine is apart of it. The smell of baking and home-made is felt in the whole house, colourful food arrangements and taste sensations gives the stay an extra spicy.
